RICHARD KRANTZ
ARCHITECTURE
Richard J. Krantz, AIA, Architect, founded his firm to create a variety of distinctive architecture by using excellent design principles to provide beauty, value, and drama to every project. For over twenty five years, Richard has designed numerous new construction custom homes throughout Southern California as well as in other states. His variety of styles show his diversity of design capabilities.
Mr. Krantz received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a member in the American Institute of Architects. One of Richard’s abilities is that he does all his own renderings, and using his artistic talents, offers his clients interior and exterior drawings of their homes at an early stage in the design process. 3D CAD plans are later developed.
Richard’s excellent client relations contribute to a truly enjoyable experience. Listening to his clients’ needs and desires, studying the site and the context, and synthesizing these into a dramatic and interesting design that reflect the client's taste and personality are the goals of every project.
